Because we specialize in curated, vintage, and secondhand garments, every item in our collection is unique and carries its own history. Due to the unique nature of our inventory, all sales are final.

Please read our full policy guidelines below before completing your purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed or processed.

  • We do not offer refunds or store credit for changes of mind, fit issues, or minor signs of natural wear.

2. Condition & Sizing of Items

  • Vintage Sizing: Vintage and secondhand sizing often differs significantly from modern brand sizing. We do our best to provide accurate measurements and fit notes in our product descriptions. Please review these details carefully before purchasing.

  • Item Condition: Expect items to show natural signs of wear, fading, or minor imperfections consistent with age. We inspect every garment and disclose any notable flaws (such as stains, holes, or heavy wear) in the product listing and photos.

3. Exceptions & Damaged Items

We want you to love your find! While our policy is strict, we always want to make things right if we made a genuine mistake.

  • Incorrect or Majorly Misrepresented Items: If you receive the wrong item, or if an item has a major undisclosed flaw that was completely missed in the listing, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • How to Reach Us: Email us at [Insert Your Support Email] with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Items must be in the exact condition you received them (with all tags attached, if applicable) to be eligible for a resolution.

4. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

> Note for Shopify Merchants: If you ship internationally to the European Union, EU consumer law requires a 14-day right of withdrawal, even for "All Sales Final" policies. If you do not ship to the EU, you can delete this section.

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, the item must be returned in the same condition it was received.
